ET9000~9500 Webbrowser HbbTV Beta Plugin
Hey,

Because the first final is not yet ready for release, I'd like to make the ET9500 Preview Beta Version available for testing purposes.
It's the one you all know from the preview videos, but from now on there's no need to entertain you with just videos

Please keep in mind that this version is a pure Preview Beta Version, which is actually meant for testing on the upcoming ET9500.
Fortunately, this one also runs on our ET9000/ET9100

Because of that, this version is in no way comparable to the final release, which will support Red Button, etc., as wel as all other HbbTV features.

On some Sites for example, the remote control navigation with the directional pad and/or Red, Green, yellow and Blue buttons does not work 100% yet.
Because of that I advise you, in order to be able to test it to its full extent, to use a suitable mouse/keyboard combination.

I can recommend the Keysonic KSK-3201 RF, which works error-free on openPLi 2.1.
Just plug it in and reboot, works Of course many other mouse/keyboard combinations will be compatible as well.

So again, it is so to speak a pure TechDemo, just to make visible how well the engine runs already.
Because of that, please don't complain about every error.

An OpenPLi 2.1 Image with HD Skin is mandatory! It will also work on CT-Image V2.

Installation:


Simply install the Plugin included in the attachment. After an E2 restart you'll find it under Plugins/Extensions.


Controls/Navigation:

Red Button: Close window
Green Button: Open favorites list
Blue Button: Adjust window size
Exit Button: Activate menu on open site / close browser
< Button: Clear browser cache
VKey Button: Use virtual keyboard

Menu Button: Choose navigation method;

HbbTV Mode: Control using directional pad
Select Mode: Control using directional pad and OK Button
Mouse Mode: Emulate mouse movement with directional pad
Enter URL: Enter a custom URL
Toggle Normal/Mobile: Show the normal or mobile version of a website
In /usr/local/browser/bookmarks.cfg you can add or edit Bookmarks.

Weblinks Dutchwebsites

Voor de laatste versie van de webbrowser V1.1 heb ik een paar weblinks toegevoegd
Plaatjes zijn wat minder maarja het werkt.
Bij email heb ik kpn zitten dit kun je wijzigen naar jouw webmail pagina in webpages_netherlands
Plaatjes zitten in map img wil je deze wijzigen .gif werkt niet, .bmp .png wel

De 2 bijlages uitpakken en via ftp in je doos overschrijven.

Files vindt je: /usr/lib/enigm?2/python/Plugins/Extensions/WebLinks

CJ`s weblinks V1.4

Map weblinks uitpakken en in usr/share overschrijven/plaatsen
Ik heb de html paginas in openoffice writer gemaakt, hiermee kan je urls,plaatjes,achtergronden etc ook aanpassen naar eigen wens.

Kies CJ``s webpaginas -> ?
In ``mijn`` weblinks keuze menu lang geel drukken dan kan je met pijltjes op je ab navigeren.

Volgens mij wordt nu niks meer overschreven na een update, heb nog niet getest omdat ik de laatste versie er al op heb staan.

Leuk om via een html pagina de weblinks te openen.

Wel zou ik een s erachter zetten dan zit je meteen in select mode

Verder vind ik chaotisch dat de files tussen andere applicaties files staan en zou adviseren om alles in een aparte directory te zetten zoasl /cactusjack/
In bijlage is s toegevoegd en alles in 1 map gezet.
Hierdoor hoef je dus niet meer de gele knop in tehouden bij scrollen door de site en kan je de files makkelijk weer verwijderen.

Ik heb 2 varianten gemaakt; 1 in Html (zie plaatje in bijlage), en 1 in de bestaande structuur (Pli) deze kunnen bijde tegelijk gebruikt worden ze bijten elkaar niet.
In weblinks portal (html) is buienraderafbeelding live~2uur vooruit
Kijk maar welke je bevalt.
Ik hoor graag aanvullingen, verbeteringen etc.


De html paginas zijn in openoffice writer (gratis) gemaakt, hiermee kan je urls,plaatjes,achtergronden indeling etc ook aanpassen naar eigen wens.


De rar- file uitpakken, en de Files in dezelfde Structuur als ze uitgepakt werden in de Et9x00 kopieeren / overschrijven, via ftp.

Heeft iemand al ervaringen met een DreamBox 8000?
Of werkt dit alleen op X-Trend boxen?

Ik heb OpenPli draaien van een aantal dagen geleden.
Zodra ik de browser start en een link kies dan gebeurd er niks.
Ik kom terug op het tv beeld en kan alleen op exit drukken om terug te gaan.
