The ftp way that satfree says its ok and works fine but....

The best way to transfer images to DreamBox its an application named FlashWizard......

With this you can also do multibooting in your DreamBox (multiply images on hard disk or usb stick and a boot menu to start) and backup setting and the full image.

To make clear:
You are using an smartcard, inserted in a cardreader using NewCS on MicroSoft Windows.
The box is using Newcamd as EMU???


Why don't you use CCcam to connect to your server like:

N: 192.168.0.10 1002 username password 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

Make sure your newcs.xml includes the specified username and password.


But for Newcamd the line should be:
CWS = 192.168.0.10 1002 username password 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 lan au

Sample from manual:
