spider spider 15003 and peer 15000?????

Can someone tell me how this works and how to set it up?
I have a newcs server for Irdeto2, but it dont work properly, it stops or hang all the time.
I tried newcamd spider, same problem. We are only 4 in the network.

Can someone help me?
