If so, then it's quiet easy.
Upload it to /var/tmp and rename it to root.cramfs
Then in the advanced settings menu you can choose for firmware update, manual. Then the image will be unpacked and the reboot will follow. When the box reboots do the flash erase. The flash erase should be done by holding the upper left key while rebooting. Hold this key till the displays gives the message: flash erase.
If that message appears you can release the button. The next step will be the answering questions step. Like language, output, antenna settings. Answer these questions as good as possible by truth

DreamBox.
Whenever this is done you can start downloading the EMU's with your box. With the 7000S it's under the blue button with a Ronaldd image. I know Ronaldd made some 56x0 images too, but i'm not sure if he still creates them.
