Hoe krijg ik dat weer uit, heb de stroom eraf gehaald en weer terug maar hij knippert eerst groen/rood en dan blijft deze op rood staan.

Ik heb het een vast ip adres gegeven in de router en deze heb ik ook in de DreamBox gegeven.

Dat is "nog" niet belangrijk...... Kijk maar eens in de lease lijst, van je router, voor en na je de DreamBox hebt opgestart. Als het goed is zie je dan een extra uitgifte van een ipadres. Die moet je dan ingeven in je browser.

of gebuik dcc, ook als de box in de stopmode staat
vindt dcc met de optie zoeken het ip adres van de box
