Hi, I have a <a href="http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/DreamBox" target="_blank">DreamBox</a> 500-s that was installed by a local sat guy in China. I don't know much about the box, and have some basic questions. I've done some reading and searching, if there's anything that would be useful to read please post links.

1. the box is in Chinese, can I switch this to English without reflashing? (i think it has a geremi image on)
2. does anyone know the ftp user / pass? (i've tried root:dbox2 without sucess)
3. what is cccam?
4. the box is possibly using some sort of distributed card sharing, can I find out more about this? (if this is against the rules please let me know / edit the post!)
5. can I record the video from this box somehow?
