Changelog:

Version 1.0.0.3 for new VLC API (> = 1.1.x)

New:

- OE 1.6 support for package-manager
- length for port-values are five-digits
- this version only supports new libvlc API> = 1.1.x (tested with vlc newest version 1.1.5), older versions of VLC are not supported anymore!
- changed activating the full screen mode from double-click to right-click in vlc-screen (because API 1.1.x versions are not supporting fullscreen-activating anymore, had to improvise a little bit tongue in cheek)
